If you have forgotten the pattern lock on your mobile device, you can unlock it using the following steps:
- Enter the wrong pattern or PIN code several times until you see the option to enter your Google account login details.
- Tap on “Forgot pattern” or “Forgot PIN.”
- Enter your Google account login details, such as your email address and password.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your pattern or PIN.
- Set a new pattern or PIN code that you can easily remember.

To perform a factory reset, follow these steps:
